Eric Piasecki

Eric Piasecki MSN, RN, APRN, ACCNS-AG, CCRN, TCRN, SCRN

President

Eric Piasecki currently works at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health as the Clinical Nurse Specialist for Neuroscience and Trauma Critical Care. He is a graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy adult-gerontology clinical nurse specialist program and is certified in adult gerontology acute care, critical care, trauma, and stroke care.

Eric is currently president of the Pennsylvania Affiliate of the National Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists and a member of the National Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists conference planning committee. When not spearheading evidence-based practice initiatives in the workplace, Eric enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with his many nieces and nephews.

Lindsay Weaver

Lindsay Weaver MSN, RN, AGCNS-BC, CMSRN

President Elect

Lindsay Weaver has been a nurse since 2009. During her career, she has worked in medical-surgical, outpatient oncology and the operating room with expertise in post-operative patients, bariatric surgery and complex wounds.

She graduated as a CNS in 2022 from the University of South Alabama. She worked as a medical-surgical clinical nurse specialist at Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center. Currently, she works at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital as the oncology clinical nurse specialist. “My favorite sphere of impact is the nurse sphere. My passion is supporting nurses so they can deliver safe and quality care. I firmly believe that when the nurse sphere is impacted, it also influences the system and the patient sphere.”

Courtney Nissley

Secretary

Courtney began her nursing career as a nurse’s aide. She worked as a medical-surgical RN for ten years before graduating from the York College of Pennsylvania’s clinical nurse specialist program in 2017. She spent several years at Penn State Hershey Medical Center, first as a unit-based CNS, then as the Program Manager of Quality and Safety for Surgical Services.

Courtney currently works at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital as a clinical nurse specialist. Her favorite part about being a CNS is getting to work within all of the spheres of influence and impact patient outcomes on a large scale.

Stacy Greblick

Treasurer

Stacy has been a nurse for over 29 years. She has touched lives in both ICU and Neonatal Intensive Care settings. Stacy's love for fostering positive change guided her path to the CNS role. She currently serves as the Perinatal/ NICU/ Pediatric CNS at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital in Lancaster, PA. She is a member of AWHONN, NANN, SVANN, and NACNS.

Susan Mcdonald

Susan Mcdonald MSN, RN, CCRN,

Legislative & Advocacy Chair

Sue currently serves as the Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) for the Heart & Vascular Department at WellSpan York Hospital in York County, PA. Her nursing career began in 1993 as an open-heart surgery nurse in Baltimore. Over the years, Sue has expanded her experience across various settings, including ICUs, the ER, and Forensic Nursing. In 2022, she completed a post-master’s program to become an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care CNS (ACCNS-AG).

Sue enjoys collaborating with patients, nurses, and providers across the continuum of care and engaging and leading interdisciplinary work, from policies and order sets to large-scale performance improvement initiatives. Legislative advocacy is a vital part of the CNS role, and often one of the most effective ways to influence policy and create lasting change. Sue will work hard to represent the PACNS legislative advocacy position and perspective with professionalism, commitment, and a strong voice for our practice.
